I WONDER if anyone else was amused by the alleged quote of shire president Cr Harrison’s on the front page of The Mail (17/9).
In the article, Investment Uncertainty, Cr Harrison apparently quotes the Trustees Act: “It states ‘anyone investing on behalf of someone must act in a prudish manner”.
The definition of prudish is “easily shocked by matters relating to sex or nudity.”
I am sure Cr Harrison would have been too prudent to have made the mistake.
