THERE were excellent conditions for footy with both teams showcasing their marking and kicking skills.
Everyone was getting a touch, and both teams were looking for team-mates and kicking directly to them.
Noah Traeger, Riley Morrell-Devitt and Ben Hopkins were getting plenty of the football and set up some great plays.
Some of the Bull’s younger players had a great day out on the park with Lucas May, Patrick Larkin, Kyle Schoof and Phoenix Kornaus all taking marks and kicking cleanly to a waiting team-mate.
Sol Edwards was hard in under the packs getting the ball out to running players Max Ablett and Matthew Fokkema.
A highlight of the game was how tough the defence was for both teams.
For the Bulls, Tasman Stanlake, Kalani Ord, Jarrad Fokkema and Kashmir Jones should be very proud of their marking and kicking in defence, repelling everything that came their way.
The tackling was ferocious for the Bulls led by Seb Miller, Justin May, Brook Kornaus and Tom Menzies. Congratulations to both teams and their coaches on a great game of footy, your skill level, commitment and sportsmanship was a pleasure to watch.
